What we collect

When you use the installation estimator, we may collect your first name, suburb or postcode, selected sauna model, access details, estimate selections, electrical requirements, referral source and enquiry status. If you submit feedback, we collect your first name, rating, comments, any optional photo or video, and publication permission.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and manage installation enquiries, coordinate requested electrical work, improve the customer journey, measure referral performance and publish feedback and media where permission has been provided.

Website analytics

We use privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand visits, estimator progress, WhatsApp handoffs and feedback activity. We do not store raw IP addresses, use advertising cookies or create cross-site advertising profiles.

WhatsApp and external services

When you choose to continue through WhatsApp, information you send is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Links to Kiva Wellness, Facebook and other external services are governed by those services.

Storage and access

Enquiry and feedback records are stored securely for legitimate business purposes and accessed only by authorised SeQure personnel. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for quoting, installation, warranty-related records, reporting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by SeQure where applicable. Contact SeQure through the WhatsApp link on the installation page and identify the relevant enquiry or feedback.

Customer media

Site-access videos, switchboard photographs and installation-area images are used to assess requested work and are not published without separate permission. A photo or video attached to the feedback form is optional and is published only when the customer gives the publication permission shown on that form. You may ask SeQure to remove published feedback or media.
